Tariffs:

$450 per night - 2 night minimum booking - minimum stays will apply to peak periods and long weekends

Winter Tariff - $400 per night -2 night minimum booking (not available public holiday weekends)

Booking Conditions:
A deposit of 25 – 50% (depending on length of stay) is required to confirm all bookings. A credit card number is required as security. Balance is payable on arrival.

Refunds and Cancellations:
A booking fee of $70 will apply regardless of whether the property can be re let or not. If the property is re let the deposit less the booking fee will be refunded
