DEPOSIT:Reservations
are made in advance with:-
-
A deposit equal to 1 nights booking required
for standard bookings. The balance of the tariff will be due at
check in with any other sundries payable on vacating the
property.
- A
deposit equal to 50% of the tariff for peak times payable 3 months
prior with the balance payable 30 days prior to occupancy. Any
other sundries are payable on vacating the property.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: A full refund of the deposit is given (less a $70
cancellation fee per property) if cancellation is received in
writing not less than 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within
60 days of arrival, the deposit is only refunded if the property
can be re let for the same period. Guests are responsible for
payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest's actual
arrival or departure date. In the event of a guest not occupying
the property, they will still be responsible for the full
tariff.
DAMAGE:Guests
are responsible for any damage arising from their stay. Guests
hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their
credit card.
CHECK
IN/OUT:Check in from 2:00pm. Check out is prior to 10:00 am.
Late check out is available by arrangement with the property
manager if available.
SMOKING:All
properties are non smoking.
DISCLAIMER: The
property that you have reserved may become unavailable due to
circumstances beyond the control of Metung Accommodation. In such
instances, Metung Accommodation will endeavour to place you in
alternative accommodation, however, is unable to provide any
guarantees in terms of the availability and facilities of the
substitute accommodation.
Metung
Accommodation offers guests the availability of staff and
assistance 24 hours per day, whether it is information on the area
or service with the property being rented.
Every
effort is made to ensure your holiday experience is memorable and
that your property is presented to the standard expected. Our
office can also offer guests a range of information and activities
along with booking boat cruises, restaurants, hire boats, tours
etc.
